The Official Launch of the LGJ App — A New Era of Connection Begins
Today, the Bronx School for Law, Government & Justice reached an exciting milestone with the official launch of the LGJ App, a project months in the making and designed with one goal in mind: strengthening the connection between school and community. From the moment the app went live this morning, students, families, and staff began downloading a tool that promises to make school life more accessible, transparent, and engaging than ever before.
The idea for the LGJ App grew out of a simple but powerful need, families wanted a faster, easier way to stay informed. With so many moving parts in a 6–12 school, communication matters. Today’s launch delivered exactly that. The app brings together Jupiter grades, school news, announcements, alerts, calendars, and essential resources in one clean, easy-to-use platform. For the first time, parents can check their child’s progress, students can stay on top of assignments, and staff can share updates, all from the same place.
With technology moving increasingly to our mobile devices, we expect that this app will help students and families explore features and access important information, such as grades, more quickly. Parents are encouraged to begin signing in throughout the day, as they now have access to a tool that provides real-time insight into their child’s learning.
But beyond convenience, today’s launch represents something deeper: LGJ’s commitment to growth, innovation, and community partnership. The app is more than a digital tool, it’s a symbol of the school’s dedication to meeting families where they are, supporting student success, and building a stronger, more connected LGJ. The LGJ App isn’t just a new feature, it’s the beginning of a new chapter. A chapter where communication is clearer, families feel more supported, and students have the tools they need right at their fingertips.
