Athletic Training, Strength, & Conditioning
The school’s state‑of‑the‑art weight room is located on the lower level of the building and is divided into two dedicated training spaces. One room is designed specifically for weightlifting, while the second room focuses on cardio and conditioning equipment.
These facilities are available for use by student‑athletes only when supervised by their coach or another approved adult.
Students who are not currently participating on an athletic team may also use the weight room, but they must be supervised by an adult, such as a staff member running an approved weight‑training or fitness club. No student should be in either room without proper adult supervision.
