Goal

Rigorous Instruction

By June, 2018, we will effectively integrate standards-based rigorous curricula across content and grade areas, as evidenced by a 4% increase in average credit accumulation for our lowest third students across grades, from 66% to 70%.

Supportive Environment

By June, 2018, we will effectively impact our students’ readiness to persist and succeed in college and career as evidenced by an increase of 10% in four year College Readiness rates from 30% to 40%.​

Collaborative Teachers

By June 2018, teacher team members will collaboratively analyze student performance to develop targeted supports, as evidenced by a 3% increase in students scoring at or above passing rate on all Regents exams.

Effective School Leadership

By June, 2018, we will plan and implement professional learning opportunities that deepen opportunities for student engagement across classrooms as evidenced by a 3% increase in the average MOTP ratings for Danielson Framework for Teaching Domain 3, from 3.48 to 3.58.

Strong Family & Community Ties

By June, 2018, we will create unique opportunities for parents to be actively engaged in the school community in a way that enhances the home-school partnership as evidenced by an increase in our Parent Involvement in School score on the Framework for Great Schools Report by at least 5%, from 78% to 83%.
